english chm documentation style sheet missing?

I dont know if this is the right email to post this notice.

By the way, I just download a newer version of the chm doc since my
old one was dated about 1 year ago.

I can read the information but it seems that style formatting is gone,
no colors no tahoma/verdana or whatever the font was, only bare black
times new roman on white background. Only php formatting seems to be
highlightd with different colours.

I have XP SP2, and ms html help version 4.74.9273

(i have no UNBLOCK options in file->properties and I run as
administrator, but ithink it's not the case of my problem since i can
read the data, at least)
