Re: [DOC-ZH] help needed for fixing manual build

Okay, it's fixed for real this time... sorry for the painful delays! I'll monitor the 
situation and attempt a more robust fix next week while deciphering and
documenting how this all works. As André alluded to, the svn update should 
coincide with the builds times. That said, I'm not yet sure if euk2 still builds 
every six hours as it appears the cronjob disappeared but we'll see.

In addition, it appears the phd installation on euk2 is from 2013 and
not automagically updating so that needs attention. :|
