各位好久不见~稍微补充两点说明：
1. edit.php.net 尚未支持git，换言之，目前无法使用在线编辑器提交修改
2. 尽管github上面接受PR，但是任何提交应该直接提交到upstream，也就是git.php.net上。有权限操作的人员可以参考https://news-web.php.net/php.doc/969387756 这封邮件来进一步了解相关操作。对于php-src目前是有自动化的工具去处理的，希望在不久的将来能见到对于doc-*相关的repo也能适用。

最后，我们也许需要重写一下readme了？里边的大多数内容已经过时太久了。。。

现在 doc-base、en、zh 是独立的三个 git 仓库，可以按原来的目录结构存放。
仓库地址是 git.php.net，需要 push 的话可以使用这个地址 https://git.php.net/push/doc/zh.git 登录原来的
svn 账号即可。
不需要 push 可以使用 https://git.php.net/repository/doc/zh.git
地址的格式为： https://git.php.net/repository/doc/[language].git
