thanks for your request!

However, the German translation is in a very bad shape.  That doc build
is broken for more than two weeks, and although Martin did a few updates
recently, the build is not yet fixed.  But even it is fixed, almost half
of the translated pages are still outdated[1], and that may be worse
than having no translation at all, because readers are likely unaware of
the translation being outdated.

I estimate several hours to get the DE translation properly updated;
probably more like a few dozen hours.  And given that a lot of PHP 8
related changes are still pending, yet more time to invest in the near
future.  I have serious doubts that the DE translation team is up to that.

So maybe you want to reconsider your account request? :)
