As the issue is not the language code per se as it is a perfectly valid
IETF-Tag. The issue here is that the name of the mailinglist and the
name of the translation differ. Would the mailinglist-name be
`phpdoc.pt_br` everything would be fine.

Which just gives me an idea that I need to check.
