Hello Serge,

Just FYI each language has it's own doc mailing list so for matters
regarding the French
translation you should use that one.

I haven't checked edit.php.net since it initially was down with the
migration from SVN to
git, but I have been closely monitoring (and others) the GitHub repo, if
you could download
the patch and make it a pull request it would be greatly appreciated as
it's easier to
review it.

Lastly about which translation note are you talking about?
