Sorry, but there is something missing after this changes...

$ git clone [email protected]:/doc/en.git git.php.net.doc.en
$ cd git.php.net.doc.en
$ git --no-pager log --name-only | grep
34f991853507ec328336f0fb79b839faa043e92a

Returns nothing, whereas:

$ git remote -v
origin https://github.com/php/doc-en.git (fetch)
origin https://github.com/php/doc-en.git (push)
$ git --no-pager log --name-only | grep
34f991853507ec328336f0fb79b839faa043e92a
commit 34f991853507ec328336f0fb79b839faa043e92a

I checked that:

$ git remote -v
origin [email protected]:/doc/en.git (fetch)
origin [email protected]:/doc/en.git (push)
commit 025f2d34ccb45dc2d8b865a758fd96601903f0d9
