Hi all,

can we please disable any anonymous login to edit.php.net?  In my
opinion, Github pull requests provide a far superior alternative to let
people without doc karma submit patches, because it is possible to
communicate with the committers in a sensible way.  As it is now, there
are patches lying around which apparently don't get addressed (like in
the olden days).
