I haven't had much time for doc work recently so a lot has been left
hanging.
But I thought the revcheck script in doc-base was up to date thanks to the
work of various people so I didn't continue maintaining my version really.
Notably it still builds the docs from git.php.net instead of the GitHub
repos, if this needs to be done I can do that and roll out the change.
As my initial concept for that was to statically build the website on a
daily basis (reducing infrastructure maintenance), not a redesign.

In regards to edit.php.net, I think keeping it up for maintainers who have
a VCS account is fine for those who use it as a workflow,
but I agree with Christoph that we probably should disable anonymous
contribution as the patches just get ignored there whereas if it's on
GitHub more people will see it.

It is quite sad that GH doesn't provide a way (that I know of) to see the
difference of one file between revisions, so that's probably what needs to
be figured out for a new doc.php.net website if we need to do something
custom. :-(
