Actually it has long been decided that comments in the manual are to be determined mostly by popular votes. This leaves them to be highly subjective but that is why they are labeled as user contributions and not as a part of the manual. If you don't like a user contributed note you are free to down vote it. I don't particularly see anything alarming abouy this one. Mostly our guidelines dictate that these notes not be vulgar or abusive in nature.
