I found your translation very close to that of google: https://www-php-net.translate.goog/manual/en/preface.php?_x_tr_sl=en&_x_tr_tl=ka I don't want to discourage you, but I don't think it's a priority and it's a big task. I have done some translations myself and it seems to me that improving the English documentation is of a higher priority than the translation. In my humble opinion, helping to improve Google translation is more effective. You are free to continue. In my opinion the translation team has already automated the translation. It requires confirmation. So, juste improve/contribute to Google traductor.
