It seems I lost write privileges during the move

Hi,

I rarely but still contribute to the documentation. I used to have phpdocs
karma to svn / git.php.net  but on github I don't have write privileges. So
I opened https://github.com/php/doc-en/pull/2850 for now.

But I wonder, could access be restored or should I just stick to PRs from
now on?
