Hello, To piggyback off of what Sergey said, you can start translating the docs by forking the doc-en repository at https://github.com/php/doc-en. In the past, the suggested progress for translating pages is about 10%. That is to say, once you and your team have translated most of the relevant pages, send an email to the PHP docs mailing list to have the repository moved under the PHP organization, which can then be integrated into the PHP manual.
