interest in Translating PHP Documentation to Amharic

I am writing to express my interest in translating the PHP documentation
into Amharic. I am eager to contribute to making PHP more accessible to the
Amharic-speaking community.

Could you please provide information on the process for starting a new
language translation? I would appreciate any guidance or steps I need to
take to begin this project.
