site should also aim to developers who want to get into web development but
don't know which language to use.

the principle of usephp.net is that it's directed at managers and accounts,
ie people who are interested by things like, "does PHP offer a good Return
On Investment (ROI)?" and "How much will it save my company to adopt PHP?"
and, "How much does it cost / how possible is it to train my staff?"

Hopefully, we'll also set up a site for php developers, maybe in some kind
of network with existing PHP developer sites, linking to articles and tips
all over the web, with the interest of simply making PHP more accessible.
