OK, I truly fear this side of the project. I agree with this is of

That's why some minimum criteria should be applied. Otherwise,
it only need to ask this to netcraft, and dump it in HTML. No point.

Google, Yahoo, LVMH or Danone using PHP are better example than any
unknown dot-com, or small  business.

Small fish is better than no fish at all. And I know it work. It's not
overwhelming, but it does work.

This is my second point : once we have a grab on a list of such firms,
we can start finding contact in it. It will give a way to start, and a 
direction
to look at.

Anyhow, no much names until now.
