Well I think that php.net already has most of the links we need. what we 
need are articles, case studies, and interviews.

There are plenty of ezines around the place that have articles which 
include PHP, I guess we're looking at PHP specific articles that come 
under the category of "PHP in the enterprise" or "PHP at work". I don't 
know, who else has some ideas?
