I am just trying to improve more users here in Brazil, make a strong
community...

I should need to bring some of php designers, extension designers..and this
whould demand sponsors.

I only want to make an official php team event.

And then I should make some good presentations about php performances,
benchmarks, QA team joining, Bug Fixers joining, this things that should
help php core dev team.

And also end users and webdesigners to make PHP very known.
