Plus some graphic capability to take server side load to client(dynamic 
charts etc)

My idea is  with spesific function some php code goes to client. Client 
caches it. When user request form, requested code come from client cache. And 
some md5 sum (or someting like that)  for check our code was not changed. And
User fill forms sends data. Or values comes from server and create 
complicated graphic without mass cpu load on server.

Probably we can do a cache system to create pages on client without 
sending mass html data on net.

I believe this is not only hit Java. This will big punch against .NET
