I sent Microsoft a "feedback" message pointing out one of the factual
inaccuracies in the article. Part of the feedback is listed below.

Perhaps people could send them feedback on other points.

I wonder if they will retract the article, remove the errors, or
rewrite.

Take this part of the very first comparison on variable typing:
"if you compare the string "4" to the integer 4, the result is true),
which causes problems when building larger applications, and makes
debugging an application difficult."

Fact: PHP lets you compare by value or by value and type. PHP gives
you the choice. PHP does not force you to perform such an important
task one way.

ASP.NET lets you compare only within type. To compare values, you are
forced to use additional code to change type.

Clearly PHP wins this point.
