PHP Community Site

It was suggested to me by one of the php.net Webmasters that I should
mention the PHP Community Site project to this group.

I understand that there was an attempt in the past to create a similar
site at the usephp.net domain by this group, and this is why I am writing
this email. If any of you would like to be involved with this project in
any way, we'd be more than happy to have your help. There is a small group
of 10 people who have volunteered to help manage this effort, and these
are the people who will be guiding the project.

Evangelism and community don't necessarily go hand-in-hand, so please
excuse the slightly off-topic nature of this message. This project's goals
are community-oriented and not necessary PHP evangelism, although a strong
community can achieve similar goals.
