Do you have > some numbers or URLs to share? > Joe, I think you may want to add some things into your report. For example, PHP 5 new object model is a big plus, Zend Engine 2, libxml2, etc... All these things will substantiate an upgrade to PHP. For starters, the Zend Engine 2 is supposed to be faster... check out www.zend.com also, PHP will run faster on Linux than on Windows as well as be able to provide more features on Linux than it can on windows. Sorry but I don't have specific URLS, keep an eye out on these sites www.phparch.com www.zend.com and I would search the archives on these sites, I know I've seen something there before... And if "you've earned the trust" and they have been convinced to install PHP on IIS, why not look at zend.com for case studies.
