Evaluatiuon of the PHP Community

To whom it may concern,

My name is Yann Larrivée, fonder of PHP Québec and Conference PHP
Québec, today i am contacting you to help us evaluate the state of the
international PHP community.

Every month we see these PHP meetings from every corner of the planet
where people gather to talk about the technologies. There is no doubt
about the popularity of PHP and yet it still gains some market shares.
However, it is difficult to evaluate activity of the international
community. This small survey is meant to help us discover the strength
of the community, how we can assure the success of each local
communities.

The answers to these questions will be compiled and redistributed to all
those that filled the survey. They will also be made available on
multiple website of interest and can be included in various articles.
Along with the result the list of all the participating communities will
be given in order to familiarized our self with community.

I would like to thank you for taking 5 minutes of your time to help us
evaluate the international community.

I tried to send an email to all the responsible of each PHUG that list 
an event for september. If you do have activities in your local area 
formal or not (meet-up type) that are not listed on php.net and you are
