Hi,
I've been reading the english first edition and thought about to translate 
it into Swedish.
I had the following thoughts, (Just my 2 cents)

The paper could be generated from fpdf or some other pdf-generator.
That way we could translate and localize the content.
And also the graphs/stats-images could be loaded once a month from a common 
server.
That way it would be easier to keep up to date.

Otherwise , the white paper is a great initiative!
