It's not clear if you're wondering about people having experience 
__training others__ in PHP or if you are looking for people who _have 
gone through PHP training as students__. I've personally taught several 
PHP classes and would be happy to talk to you about that but I have 
never taken a PHP training course, if that's where your interest is.
