First tip: Don't use white on black. Why do you use
white text on a black background?

And why not spell out the options in the left column
but let people hover their mouse over them before they
know what it is?

What is your audience? Do they really like this kind
of hard to read information?

So many design faults, sack the design staff of your
site!
