CMS

Hi all,

I'm suveying the current CMS currently available to find the one we need 
for
PHP evang. Here are the needs :

Handles categories
Allow users to post files or large articles
Possibility for several users to read and comment one article before 
release
Release system (depending on dates).

I found one, which is called SPIP, and was made for managing a news 
paper on the
net. (a small group of journalist, one author and an editor). It's 
really neat, but all in French.
I believe it's the best as far as I have searched, but if you all have 
other ideas, please suggests them.

I'd like to go with something already available, so as work on content, 
and not on programming
yet another cms.
