usephp.net update

Hi all,

Here are the latest news for this web site :
beta.usephp.net is available, and running, thanks to James for the DNS 
and Nexenservices
for the hosting. At this very moment, it is running, and holds already 
three pieces of informations :
two interviews I ran with Andrei and Derick. Another one with stig is 
under way (coming soon).
There is also the PHP 4.2.0 RC1 Announce noted there too.

The current CMS application will play really nice : it has account for 
every one who want to
post informations, and all articles being written gets its own forum so 
everyone may
post its comments about this article before publication. This will go 
for figure reading and
spelling corrections, as well as fool proofing texts.

There is also a section for short news (the one that do not require a 
whole article), and
web site referencing. We'll talk about it later.

What is still to be done quite a load of work :
+ rewrite the whole interface, as the current one in the default SPIP 
one. James and Robin
are working on this point.

+ get everyone who wants to post informations an account. We are not 
numerous now,
so it will be ok. Later, we'll need an account policy (even though all 
articles are subject to editor's
review). Just send me a mail.

+ write doc to explain the use of the site, and have those 'how to make 
a use case' doc
I talked about before. (I'll take care of these)

+ think with more that one brain about the categories.

+ gather intelligence from everywhere. That can be done by everyone.
