I'd give some time to maintain it, from a programming standpoint, but I 
don't (currently) have access to stats/other content. I'd love to find some 
non-programmers (designers, writers) on-board for PHP evangelism.

or point usephp.net to use.php.net, following the standards set by other 
sites: gtk.php.net isn't gtkphp.net, but yes, it should be alive again. I'm 
going to look it up in the google cache and archive.org, and see what I can 
find.

Like I said, these are ideas. Definitely not "This is what evangelism 
should be. We're not doing it right." It's true. We're not doing it 
properly, but my post was more of a "what do others think of this", and 
"let's get the ball rolling" post.
