[libGD] #66 [Task opened] Bug loading a gif file

Details - The attached animated GIF file fails to load properly in GD 2.0.34.
It loads with each line length one pixel short, causing an overall slanting effect. I've attached a PNG conversion which illustrates the effect.

I could fix the problem in a hex editor though. I edited the width of the GIF file at offset 6. For some reason this offset was one too short, so I incremented it.

I don't understand why the gif file width would be one short in the header. However the original gif file does render fine in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Adobe Image Ready.

This problem was reported by a user of my companies software (a PHP application, generating thumbnails), and I have independently reproduced the problem manually using the command line GD tools.
