[libGD] #84 [Task opened] gifanim seems not to honor color pallette from brushed image

Details - I've created a sample which creates a small image as brush, and then draws in a gifanim loop a circle with the brush; regardless which foreground color I define with the brush, inside the gifanim loop it always appears as black.
Same sample without gifanim works as expected.
