Details - I hope that this isn't something that's already been discussed or that you already know about. It didn't come up in a search of this forum. Sorry if I'm wasting your time.

I'm using the Windows GD with Microsoft Visual Studio. 

Version 2.0.33 seems to have included the makemsvcimport.bat and bgd.def files that the index.html documentation refers to -- to create the exp and lib files to link to -- however, the 2.0.35.tar.gz and the gd-latest-win32.zip (should be .35) did not seem to have these files. If these files are not supposed to be there anymore, then the html index.html doc should probably be updated.
