Details - **This is officially a problem with v2.0.34, as no distributed binaries are available for .35 yet, but I have seen it in previous versions as well which leads me to guesstimate that it will show up again.

A few virus scanners mark the file bin/circletexttest.exe, a binary included with Win32 pre-built distros linked from libgd.org, as a virus/trojan.
