Yes we have this problem with Perl wrapper. This wrapper (GD.pm) is used in OTRS graphical reports. I tested this with GD Sharp (.Net wrapper) too and the same problem exists there. What does it mean when PHP developers claim that they have not any problem with GD Library and such a Right-To-Left script like Persian (Farsi) while we HAVE the problem in Perl and C# wrappers? Are we using it incorrectly or is it a problem due to our fonts? I'm trying to solve this for a while so have posted a blog post about it in my blog:
