[libGD] #215 [Task opened] Basics: suggested libraries may require "-lfontconfig"

Details - Page "http://www.libgd.org/Basics" indicates required libraries as

    -lgd -lpng -lz -ljpeg -lfreetype -lm

I've found that when I use gdFTUseFontConfig(), I sometimes need to add

   -lfontconfig

to the libraries above.  (This is wierd:
optimized builds seem to be fine without it, but debug builds require it!)

This should be a simple documentation upgrade, affecting the page above, and also
"http://www.libgd.org/Font#int_gdFTUseFontConfig.28int_flag.29_.28FUNCTION.29"
