"Old"documentation now in the wiki

Hi,

Thanks to Jeffrey Drake, the old documentation (index.html in the
release archive) is being imported into our wiki.

If other persons like to help us to provide a better end user
documentation (tutorial, manuals, etc.), simply reply to this post (or
privately/IRC if you are not subscribed to this list).
