Need help with GD Library

I am using PHP 3.4.11 with GD Library 2.0.28 more info at 
http://www.tekwolf.net/phpinfo.php I have a photo gallery thats supposed 
to generate thumbnails and it doesn't. also a button generator that 
should make buttons and doesn't. You can see the button generator at 
http://www.tekwolf.net/BUTTONGENERATOR I hope someone can help me come 
up with something I haven't tried to fix this. and the images I'm using 
are all .jpg
