I checked gnuplot this morning, it is exactly what I like to use instead of the this temporary solution. I created this file to have a history until something better is in place (being alone until now, it was not really a priority :). So yes, we can start to use the ChangeLog + NEWS right away. I will move the entries from ISSUES to NEWS. I will check how to have the ChangeLog automatically updated. Is it ok for you? --Pierre
