Display of GD raw using Windows Device Context

Hi,

Could anyone advise me what's the fastest method to display image
generated with GD in Windows desktop application, with Windows Device
context as the output device?
I suppose GD raw format without any compression should be used, is this
correct?

I'd appreciate any brainstorming.
