using static lib bgd_a.lib

Hello,

I tried to use bgd_a.lib instead of bgd.lib from gd-2.0.34-win32.zip.
using bgd.lib has no link error while the static lib  bgd_a.lib won't work.
I added #define NONDLL 1 to gd.h for using bgd_a.lib but  the link will 
complain about many missing functions.
