GD on IIS 6

Hello,

I know this is not a support list and I am sorry about that, but I looked
everywere, spent many hors, and could not solve my issue.

I did everything by the book to activate GD, many times, on my Win 2003 with
IIS and PHP already working. But the GD is refusing to work.

Anyone has specific experience about that.
