gd license: documented where?

Hi guys,

Thanks for the good work you've done since you took over gd.

I may be missing something, but a user just asked me to point them to the
gd license, and to my surprise I can't. The old manual had a very clear
section with a copy-and-paste-ready license statement. But I can't
seem to figure out where the license for the newer libgd.org version
of gd is at all. Any help, both for me and for users trying to find
the license on libgd.org?
