I just compiled gd-2.0.35 myself with MinGW. I made my own Makefile.
There were a few switches to sort out. You are welcome to my binaries
(libgd.def, libgd.dll and libgd.lib). I did not compile support for all
libs gd can in turn use. But you can always try them to see if they have
what you need.
