GD Library missing via PHP on WS2K8 with IIS 7.0

Hi,

Has anyone come accross an issue with accessing the GD Library 
via PHP on WS2K8 with IIS 7.0? 

I have verified that the extension_dir = "f:\PHP\ext" parameter is correct 
and reachable.I have verified that the php_gd2.dll was in the ext directory..I have uncommented extension=php_gd2.dll in the php.ini file.I have recycled the web server.I have restarted the server.
When I try to install the Moodle 
application it keeps telling me: GD version: Caution - The GD library should be 
present to process and create images.

Is there something I've missed?
