Color problem with resize

Dear All, I ve got a problem when resizing picture with ImageCopyResampled : The problem is simple, when I try to resize a picture with a white background the resulting picture is not really white (I have #ffffff and #fefefe)...there is lines which look like noise. It's not really visible but if you put the picture in photoshop and change the brithness you can clearly see it (picture in attachment)Does anyone already had this problem ? Is there a solution to avoid this ? Thks.Y
