Can't create account on the gd library wiki

Hi Folks,
I've tried a few times over the last several months to create an account on
the gd library wiki at http://www.libgd.org/ and it won't let me because it
requires one to be logged in to create an account.

Is this the desired behavior?  If not, please fix.  If so, what do I need to
do to get an account?  I am the author of the tcl.gd Tcl-GD bridge which can
be found at http://code.google.com/p/flightaware-tcltools/
