loop in gdImageCreateFromPng

This (presumably invalid) PNG causes gdImageCreateFromPng() to loop:

It was extracted from an email, possibly incorrectly, but surely it
shouldn't cause a loop, regardless of how poor the contents are?  I'm
using 2.0.35.
