Re: Font Effects (Oblique, 'Bold', etc)

As a final followup, Serge fixed the problem and has updated his patches 
here:

I've been experimenting with these 'new'(-to-gd) features, and if you 
have a need for oblique text, different rendering modes, or character 
advance tweaks (great for when some fonts squish letters together), I 
highly recommend it.
