VERY old bug in gd found and patched

Assuming this isn't already fixed in svn somewhere (I don't see svn
access on libgd.org), this will be welcome news to anyone trying to
use the animated GIF output support: I noticed a bug in the Resolution
field in the GIF header which breaks all animated GIFs with more than
128 colors. It's actually a really, really old bug going back to the
code I originally borrowed to generate GIF output in gd.
