New organization

hi!

A quick note about the new organization on bitbucket:

https://bitbucket.org/libgd

All repositories are or will be transferred there.

Developers with write access on either the (old) svn repositories or
on bitbucket and not having access yet to libgd, please raise your
hand with your handle name :)

We have also gave a kick to the gd 2.1 release:

- All PHP specific features have been merged (including new affine,
scale and rotation methods using various interpolation algorithms)

- autoconf build (configure) support has been restored

- public symbols are now correctly exposed on unix and all private
symbols are not available anymore

- cmake support has been improved

Expect a new release soon (alpha 1st, followed shortly by a beta,
stable somewhere by the end of may). The 2.1 branch is master. Once we
do the 1st beta release, we will create a 2.1 branch and master will
become 2.2.

The website is also back online, while needing some more contents. The
old wiki has to be moved to the bitbucket's wiki as well. Issues have
been already moved to their respective new repository.
